Wondering what to expect during the recruitment process? Four interviews. That’s it. It starts with a discussion with human resources to make sure we share the same values. During the next two interviews you’ll learn more about the position and your team. The final interview offers an opportunity to discuss our future together.

Once we’ve decided to work together, we stay in close touch to make sure everything is ready for you. We pride ourselves on giving each new Whozzy a warm welcome. Our onboarding process is a top priority, one we are constantly improving based on feedback from newcomers. In addition to receiving support from our human resources team, you’ll be matched with a buddy who will help you find your footing at Whoz.

Remote-friendly

 We didn’t wait for a pandemic to start exploring new ways of working. Since Whoz started in 2016, our team has been spread across France, in Grenoble, Lille, Toulouse, Paris, Lyon, Annecy, Saint-Malo, Aix-en-Provence and Bayonne, to name a few. We like to keep work flexible, with full and partially remote options, plus comfortable offices that make in-person meetings worth the trip!
